CAPABILITIES OF MACHINERY
It can produce a variety of special ribbons at high speed ribbons, laces, lock seams, elastic and inelastic.
It is made of composite knit and can be applied to webbing products of various materials.
This machine can be equipped with double warp transport, allowing the warp between the different tensions to form the edges (with no Velcro effect) and those in the central part of the ribbon(with Velcro effect), especially suitable for the production of female Velcro parts.
The worm gear box connected to the main shaft drives the hub and the flower chain piece group to control the
smooth movement of the eight weft yarns, and weaving various kinds of webbing. According to the production
needs, the two weft yarns can be driven by the rocker of the left auxiliary box, and the two weft yarns driven by
the 609b-widening device rocker can have a larger swing(up to 50mm)to make a special webbing. The
flower chain group is composed of various flower chain pieces having an involute profile, and up to 48 pieces.
